@marcroops how can i improvise if i cant get a gymboss interval timer and for the tiger crawls how much distance do you recommend moving?

@13thtrece Dude, just rock a cheap sports watch with a timer and take a peak at it every now and again. I bought my p.o.s. watch for $10, 4 years ago now, and it’s never failed me.
