Damn man i hope Alan Belcher gets 100% healthy eventually…its a shame that he had all this momentum and then a friggen injury like that happens.

Hopefully Alan’s eye keeps improving. He said something on twitter about his follow up surgery being in the near future and it being what decides if he ever fights again. Scary couple of months for him and his family.

hope to see alan and joanne doing more muay thai.First time i seen joanne do combos on here.I watched most of panicpulse’s videos based on the groundwork(brazilian ju-jitsu) with Hilary.
Hilary is a great inspiration to mma girls.Should be more Women fighters out there in the mma world.
